What this page helps you understand
UKACC’s planned AI assistants turn approved business facts into useful drafts for UK aesthetics professionals. Prepare social posts, email campaigns, booking messages and team instructions in your authorised workspace, then check and edit the output before using it. Not yet available as a paid service. Baseline account registration, public guidance and product enquiries are available; AI generation is closed pending purpose, privacy, provider, usage-billing and release approval. A membership or early-access enquiry does not activate an assistant.
UKACC provides role-aware software and source-linked information. It is an independent commercial organisation, not a statutory regulator, professional register, clinical authority or substitute for legal, regulatory, insurance or professional advice. Check the current availability shown on each page before relying on a workflow.
The platform is being released through controlled technical, security, privacy and operational checks. Public wording distinguishes what can be used now from services that remain planned or closed. Where UKACC links to official guidance, follow the source, confirm its jurisdiction and date, and obtain competent advice for your own circumstances.

What can UKACC AI assistants help my business do?
Seven planned assistants prepare social posts, email campaigns, booking administration templates, business experiments, course FAQs, non-medicinal catalogue copy and team onboarding instructions. Two further tools prepare reply drafts and summaries from independently reviewed, minimised business conversations. Their intended value is less repetitive preparation and clearer communication; time savings and business results must be measured, not assumed.
Are the AI assistants available today?
Not yet available as a paid service. Baseline account registration, public guidance and product enquiries are available; AI generation is closed pending purpose, privacy, provider, usage-billing and release approval. A membership or early-access enquiry does not activate an assistant.
Can an assistant publish, send emails or change a booking?
No. These assistants prepare drafts for your review. Social publishing accounts, campaign delivery and calendars are not connected services. They cannot send a message, confirm availability, make or cancel an appointment, change access or move money.
How would AI be charged?
The proposal includes 100, 250 or 1,000 shared monthly AI tasks in eligible paid plans. Optional AI Plus would add 500 tasks for a total of £19 per month. UKACC is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT on its own subscriptions. Neither the package nor customer task billing is live. One successful bounded draft would use one task, with no charge for failed drafts or duplicate retries and no automatic overage billing.
Do members need their own AI account or API key?
No separate AI account or model choice is planned. UKACC would manage the provider connection centrally. Your role, workspace permissions, verification, required MFA and purpose approval would determine access. Administrators would have controlled budgets and would not gain unrestricted access to customer records.
What information should I put in a business brief?
Use approved public business facts, an intended audience and clear constraints. Do not include personal names, contact lists, credentials, health records or medicine promotion. Briefs are private to an authorised workspace; a 30-day use expiry does not itself prove deletion. Processing and retention acceptance must pass before activation.
Can Compliance AI certify compliance or make clinical decisions?
No. AI screening or suggestions are not legal approval, a professional licence or a compliance certificate. People retain every decision. Clinical extraction, prescription screening and patient communication AI remain blocked under the current Gemini Developer API terms. UKACC is independent commercial software, not a statutory regulator.
How should I decide whether an assistant is worth using?
Choose a repeated task, record how long it normally takes, and compare preparation time, corrections and output quality during an approved trial. Only use a draft you can substantiate and approve. UKACC does not promise revenue, leads or a fixed amount of time saved.
